Own the transformation.Control the change.

The first padel academy in Cyprus built on a long-term development system. We don't sell court hours. We build players.

The difference

This is not another padel class. It's a system.

In Limassol you can book a court, take a lesson, and have a good time. Plenty of places will happily take your money for that. We work differently, because scattered lessons don't build players. Systems do.

  1. 01

    A real progression plan.

Every session is a chapter in a program designed around you, never an isolated hour.

  2. 02

    Measured, and in writing.

Your level, your objectives and your progress are formally assessed and written up, as often as your plan sets. You will know exactly what improved, and what's next.

  3. 03

Four players per court. Never more.

Small by design, so nothing about your game goes unseen.

  4. 04

    A mutual commitment.

You commit to your development. We commit to your result.

If you're looking to pass the time, this isn't your place. If you're ready to take your game, and yourself, to another level, keep reading.

Inside the academy

This is what it looks like.

No highlight reel. An ordinary week in Limassol, where rallies are filmed and reviewed on the spot, drills are fed with a plan behind them, and the court is never more than four players deep.

Academy session · Limassol

Padel. Life. One word.

The name is the philosophy. Through padel, you build what stays with you far beyond the glass: discipline, confidence, composure, the habit of getting better. The academy is where it starts. It doesn't end there.

The goal was never the next match. The goal is to keep beating your previous self.

The method

Progress you can see, not progress you're promised.

Padelife works in structured development cycles. Every player starts with a clear assessment, follows a defined training plan, and finishes each cycle with a documented progress review.

  1. Evaluate.

    Know where you really are.

  2. Plan.

Know where you're going, and why.

  3. Train & Track.

Every session connects to the next.

  4. Review & Evolve.

    Progress you can see.

Then the cycle begins again, with better information, clearer objectives and a better player.

Coach's note

Volley height is now consistent under pressure. Next cycle we move the work to court position after the lob, since you are winning the point twice before finishing it once.

Twelve years coaching internationally, across five countries and three continents. Former national team coach of Oman, national team coach of Cyprus, FIP-approved. A gold medal at the GCC Games leading the Omani women's national team.

But the record isn't the point. The point is what produced it, and that is the experience behind the Padelife methodology.

The record

  • 12+ years coaching · 3 continents
  • Head Coach · Padel Rush, Riyadh (host club, Premier Padel P1 Riyadh)
  • Gold · GCC Games, Omani women's national team
