Four movements

The Padelife Cycle.

  1. Evaluate.

    Know where you really are.

We establish your real level across technique, tactics, physical condition and match behaviour. No assumptions. Just facts.

  2. Plan.

Know where you're going, and why.

We set clear technical, tactical and physical objectives. You will know what we are building, why we are building it, and what comes next.

  3. Train & Track.

Every session connects to the next.

Your development continues beyond the court. Through the training platform, your coach tracks your progress, sets individual objectives and shares feedback, keeping your development connected from one session to the next.

  4. Review & Evolve.

    Progress you can see.

A structured individual review of your development: technical, tactical, physical and competitive. Documented in writing, so progress is not something you have to guess. You can see it.

Then the cycle begins again, with better information, clearer objectives and a better player.

Anatomy of a development cycle

Structured from the start. Adapted as you evolve.

We plan the direction before we begin, but the details respond to you. The structure is defined.

The development is personal.

  1. Baseline & Evaluation

We establish where you really are, technically, tactically, physically and competitively. This becomes the starting point of your development plan.

  2. Technical Development

We prioritise the technical areas that will create the greatest impact on your game. Focused work, clear objectives and measurable progression.

  3. Tactical Application

Technique becomes decision-making. Patterns, positioning and match situations connect what you train with how you actually play.

What you train on Tuesday becomes your task on Saturday.

  4. Competitive Integration

Training intensity and match demands increase. Technical, tactical and physical work come together under competitive conditions.

  5. Review & Next Direction

Your progress is reviewed and documented. What improved, what still needs work, and what comes next feeds directly into the next stage of your development.

Your digital training platform

What you train on Tuesday is your assignment on Saturday.

Your development continues beyond the court. Through the platform, which is external to the academy and used for communication and progress, your coach tracks where you are, sets individual objectives and shares feedback between sessions. Training stops being a series of hours and becomes a sequence of assignments with an outcome you can check.

The ratio

Four players per court. Never more.

The ratio is the promise. It is why group places are limited, why a level does not open every intake, and why we run a waiting list rather than add a fifth player to a court.

Every cycle ends with a progress review. You receive information about your development and next steps.

The level system

Seven levels. One definition each.

Your level isn't a label. It's the starting point for your plan.

Your Padelife Level helps define your training group, priorities and development objectives, and it evolves as you do.

  1. Foundation

Building reliable fundamentals, court awareness and consistent playing habits.

  2. Intermediate

Technique is becoming stable. Tactical patterns emerge and point construction becomes increasingly deliberate.

  3. Advanced

Technical and tactical patterns remain effective under pressure. Development focuses on consistency, decision-making and closing specific performance gaps.

  4. Competitive

Competition becomes part of the development process. Training targets match performance, opponent patterns and decision-making under pressure.

  5. Elite

High-performance development where marginal gains matter. Every detail is measured, challenged and refined.
