Terms of use
What this website is, and what it is not.
The site
This website is published by P.D. Padel Life Limited (trading as Padelife Academy), Limassol, Cyprus. By using it you accept these terms.
Information, not an offer
Everything here (programs, methodology, the level system, assessment days) is descriptive. It is not a contractual offer. Places are limited, admission is by assessment, and no membership exists until it has been agreed in writing between you and the academy.
Find Your Baseline
The Baseline is a self-assessment. It is calculated from your own answers and produces a provisional indication only. It is not a coaching assessment, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of a place, and it does not replace the evaluation session on court.
Membership terms
Fees, cycle length, attendance rules, cancellation, medical suspension and the liability and safety terms that apply on court are set out in the membership agreement, which you receive with the Admissions Deck and sign before your first session. Those terms govern the relationship; this page governs only your use of the website.
Health and safety
Padel is a physical sport. You are responsible for confirming that you are medically fit to train and for telling your coach about any condition or injury that affects you. Nothing on this website is medical advice.
Intellectual property
The Padelife name, the wordmark and brand mark, the site design, the Coach Report template and all text and imagery are owned by P.D. Padel Life Limited or used under licence. You may share links freely. You may not copy, adapt or republish the content or the methodology materials without written permission.
Third-party links
Where we link to WhatsApp, Instagram or any other service, that service's own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for their content.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee either. We may change or withdraw any part of it, including program descriptions and schedules, at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction.
