Padelife Academy has an Academy Season from September to June. Places are limited by level and availability, and group places are capped to protect the standard, at four players per court, matched by level and ambition.

How joining works.

Request the Admissions Deck or apply for a place. We review your profile and objectives.
On-court assessment.
A head coach assesses your current level, identifies development priorities and determines the appropriate training group.
Your development.
Your objectives and development priorities are defined internally by the coaching team. From there, your progress is monitored and the coaching process evolves throughout the Academy Season.
The standard
Not every application is accepted. Not every level opens every season.
When places are full, we run a waiting list rather than compromise the ratio. This is what protects the value of being inside.
- You don't buy training hours. You secure your place in a development system.
- The training plan is internal. It is not delivered to the player.
- All communication runs through the academy: updates, changes, reminders and feedback.
- Group places are limited to four players per court. Level and ambition matter.
The academy season
September to June.
One continuous development process, run like a school year rather than a series of terms you dip into. Places are limited by level and availability, and the level you join at is the level the coaching team judges right for you.
Open assessment days
Before joining the Academy.
Open Assessment Days run before each intake. You will have an evaluation session with a head coach, which establishes your level and your starting group. Dates for the upcoming intake are published in the Admissions Deck and confirmed personally when you apply.

What happens if I miss a session?
Let us know with at least 24 hours' notice and you may be eligible for a Recovery Opportunity, always subject to availability, level compatibility and existing gaps in other groups. With less than 24 hours' notice, the session is considered taken, since the court, coach and group were planned based on your participation. Absences do not generate pending classes, credits or guaranteed recoveries.
Why is there a three-month minimum?
We are a development academy. The minimum commitment is one quarter, three months, because it protects your progress and everyone else's as well. A group is built with the right level for four players; if someone leaves in week four, it changes the level of the court for the other three when they return.
What if I am injured?
With a medical certificate, your membership is paused, not lost. You resume at the exact point where the plan was interrupted, with objectives adjusted to your current condition. Scheduled sessions are subject to your membership benefits.
Can I pause for a holiday?
You can pause up to two weeks per academic cycle, September to June. If you need more time, you must choose to hold your spot, continue paying, or release it. This protects the ratio and quality of the group for everyone.
Which languages do you coach in?
We coach in English, Spanish and Arabic. Russian is in development. We use the language the player thinks in, to help them express themselves better.
Do I need my own equipment?
No. Rackets and balls are provided. Over time, most players prefer their own racket, and we will advise you honestly rather than sell you one.
When do sessions run?
For adults, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 20:30. For juniors, Monday to Friday from 15:30 to 17:30. Saturday programming is being added as the academy grows.
What if I am not satisfied after the first month?
Contact Padelife Academy by email. We will review your plan, your group and your coaching experience with you, and adjust what needs to be adjusted. If together we conclude that the academy is not the right fit for you, we will be honest and tell you.
Are prices published?
No. Programs, methodology and all membership details, including pricing, are in the Admissions Deck and explained personally by the founder. It is a membership decision, not a price comparison.
